Job Summary
Position: Human Resource:
- Take inputs from functional heads & directors for requirements of recruitment
- Coordinate with the recruitment consultant or search the suitable profile from online avenues
- Arranging the interviews of candidates and keeping them update
- Drafting joining letter as per the recruitment policy and issue it to the selected candidate after
signed by authority
- Design and implement innovative activities for employee engagement.
- Coordinate with external consultants and assist them in HR initiatives
- Ensure PMS process co-ordination and issue of annual appraisal
- Maintain updated employee data / records
Quallification: MBA- HR (FRESHERS)
