Working in ACC Cements (As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee) from September 2017 to September 2018
Having total Experience of Jan 2016 to Feb 2017 in the field of Shift inchargeEngginer in Mahadevprestressed product pvt ltd railway yard extension Hospet DIST-Bellery.

Labour monitoring

Responsibilities

Labour monitoring
Quality control in concrate mix designWeigh machine and water, cement calibration of mixtureUpdate dimension of bench, mouldcheakingUpdate records maintain Involving in material test lab
My present responsibilities are,
Vibration analysis
Supervising the technicians to ensure the vibration readings were taken at correct intervals with the vibration analyzer and SPM Meter.Informing the execution team timely for corrective action, providing the recommendations
Dye penetrant testing Carrying out the ultrasonic inspection(thickness gauging ) for plant equipment.
Walk by inspections
Doing & Supervising the walk by inspectors to carry out the inspection section-wise periodically, Detailed analysis of the findings & creating notifications on SAP system for carryout the corrective job.
Total Lubrication Management (TLM)
Supervising of the TLM team for proper lubrication on all the equipment Reducing the lubrication consumption effective &economical use of the lubricants Proper re-greasing and relubrication intervals as per the standard.
Other activities
Measurement of Kiln inclination, kiln roller shaft bending, ovality ,runout, wobbling ,gear runout etc., with special Tom- Tom tools Maintaining & recording the equipment historiesLead wire testing, measuring elogination of DPC.
Tools used
IDM TOOLS : For measuring kiln roller shaft deflection , kiln tire run out, axial throw, girth gear & pinion run out ROTARY-INCLINOMETER: For measuring kiln inclination & shaft inclination SPM VIBRATION METER A2011: For vibration measurement & bearing condition measurement Vibration meter 908- For vibration measurement & bearing condition measurement Gear tooth Vernier : Gear teeth wear measurement ANALYZER: For vibration measurement & bearing condition measurement .SKF STROBOSCOPE: Running inspections speed measurementULTRASONIC THICKNESS GUAGE: For measuring thickness .
