Roles and Responsibilities
1. Meet the targets of UPH, efficiency, and FPY from higher-up
2. Handle the abnormal issues of equipment & products in time
3. Train technician in skills
4. Maintain equipment.
5. Maintain 5S on the floor
6. Debug equipment
7. Be able to take on the responsibility independently, and can put forward some feasible suggestions.
8. Proficient in above one of the equipment such as DB, WB, HM, AA,lock-attached machine, laser cutting machine.
9. Familiar with the production process in the CCM industry.
10. Proficient in the working principle and structure of COB equipment.
