Job Description
1. Work on design and testing of EV subsystems
2. Perform engineering calculations related to the component application and its working
3. Build and simulate the subsystem components for structural simulation and analyze the result
4. Deliver the final CAD model of the design with manufacturing drawings according to industry standards
5. Perform FMEA analysis of subsystems
6. Create production documents such as bills of materials, assembly drawings, etc.
7. Work on the manufacturing of EV prototype and in-house assembling of components
8. Adopt a flexible approach to complete workload to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes
9. Own the end-to-end delivery of subsystems by using the latest technology, design patterns

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Feb'21 and 29th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 4 months

1. Strong technical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem-solving skills
2. Out of the box thinking and solving problems with innovative approaches
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical parts, assemblies, and computer-aided design
4. Strong background in finite element analysis concepts and software implementation
5. Strong foundation in solid mechanics, strength of materials, and machine element design
6. Prior hands-on project experience in design model fabrication
7. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and their application
8. Good knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, engineering drawings, and bill of materials
9. Proficiency in Solidworks & ANSYS
10. Should have worked on EV and IoT related projects
