Job Description
- Internship for Fresh Engineer Graduate B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical /Automotive/production/ plant equipment design & Piping design and Engineering domain
- Training the Mechanical Engineering graduate in Mechanical Design & product development & virtual validation
- Teaching Advanced Engineering subject & Post graduation syllabus of Mechanical/Automotive /Plant Engineering and Plant Equipment design.
- Strong Engineering fundamental and theoretical Knowledge will be taught
- Onjob training of product Design, Plant Engineering & CAD/CAM/CAE software.
- Work on the live project for the duration of 6-month duration.
- Leadership & Coaching skills development
- Project Management and program management skill development.
- Very good communication, Interpersonal skills and soft skill development
- Mentoring, coaching and goal setting for the Engineers.
- Career plan and development and innovation skill development
- Candidate should pay Internship fees as per Course / Training/Live project requirement.
- Placement assistance will be provided after completion of Intership program
