Job Description

  Candidates must have an excellent understanding of a wide range of Mechanical CAD software programs and applications that are generic, company-specific, or job-specific.

·         trainers must have excellent communication skills explaining technical concepts lucidly and keeping their end users engaged.

·         trainer is able to convince his or her audience about the advantages of using the software.

·          software trainer has to assess the training requirement of the trainees and prepare helpful course and teaching material in tune with the organisation’s specifications.

·         The trainer also conducts tests and evaluates the responses to know how well the trainee has imbibed the lessons

·         trainers need to be up to speed with the latest software and related developments in the field.

·         Trainer will also be engaged in administrative work related to student records, project evaluations, certificate processing etc specified by the organization

·        assessing individual/group training needs

·        planning, preparing and researching lessons

·        checking and assessing students' work and giving feedback

·        liaising with other organisations and employers

·        making use of new technology such as distance learning or video conferencing

·        Keeping Skills updated by attending online trainings from India.

·        Helping the marketing team in doing technical workshops and seminars.

·        Working closely with the marketing team as a technical advisor.

Ensure that training programs are conducted with a high level of professionalism.

·        Ensure that hardware complaints are logged whenever a hardware problem is noted.

·        Assist the Centre Head in promoting training programs to students.

·        Assist the Executive Customer Service by providing demonstrations to all the prospects.

·        Ensure that hands on sessions are conducted as per schedule, and guide the students to

·        Complete their projects on time.

·        Cross check and sign the project work book.
