Education
UG :Any Graduate in Any Specialization
PG :Post Graduation Not Required
Experience : 2 - 5 years
Location : Ahmedabad
NATURE OF WORK AND JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
o H2H :
o Training of Medical Officers for H2H
o Arranging for Medical officers for visits
o Coordinating for H2H visits with treating doctor / patient s residence as per
fixed criteria
Medical Staff Management:
o Interview , recruitment of Medical Officer / Clinical care officer.
o Duty arrangement of MO / CCO
o Training of Medical Officer at new joining for MRD documentation , MLC , Job
responsibilities etc
o On job training for old Medical officer for above
o Audit of Medical officer for documentation , overbook , consultants call /
information , training
MRD Point system:
o Checking and Authorization for MRD point system every month for MO / CC
o Ambulance Management:
o Arranging for Medical staff / anesthetist in ambulance calls within / outside
the city.
o Coordination with Biomedical department for all equipments related issues in
Ambulance
NABH:
o Active participation in all NABH related activities , attending meetings etc
o As Chapter champion responsible for COP chapter documentation and implementation
of all policies
o Training of related policies to all staff
Other clinical areas:
o Any other clinical care areas as when need arises or his expertise is needed
o Authorized for few defined clinical care areas in my absence which are
directly reporting to me.
Additional Responsibilities:
o To take of over all Medical administration in absence of Head - clinical
services
o To take rounds and identify patient related issues at ward / ICU level and to
take CAPC
o Authorised for all matters in ward / ICU related
