Talentthon Consulting Services is hiring for B.sc students for Nursing (Claims and Insurance background) Freshers also can apply.
Roles & Responsibilities of claims & Insurance.
Provide timely processing and adjudication of claims.
Prepare documents and other paperwork relating to claims.
Take responsibility of payment of all claims in compliance with rules.
Respond to inquiries and resolve to pertain to a specific claim issues.
Maintain working relationships with departments processing claims.
Handle claims involving loss due to fire, lightning and theft.
Assist staff in processing complicated claims.
Handle claims related to health, disability, life.
Handle educational reimbursement, leave policy and other staff benefits.
Having good communication and interpersonal skill to interact with customers and advising them during their doubts or convince them regarding a new product.
Having in-depth knowledge regarding processing and co-ordination of targets and deadlines.
Maintaining contact with the Company’s legal department regarding the Government’s rules, regulations, new updates and changes in policies, mergers and acquisitions.
