Job Description

Medical billing and coders play a vital role in the connection between healthcare providers,
Patients and insurance companies, as a medical biller and coder, you’ll read to patient’s charts to medical history, including diagnoses and treatments given.
Based on these charts, you’ll use a set of established medical codes in order to transcribe patient history into a type of “short” that will be used by both health care providers and insurance companies.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Candidate should have completed graduation / post graduation from life science
background (Nursing, Plant, Bio chemistry, Bio technology, B.pharm, Home science).
Candidate should not have undergone on any training related to medical coding.
Placement cum training will be provided for selected candidates
Candidates should have knowledge on medical terminology Anatomy & Physiology.
