- Education—Graduation in any stream
- Experience—1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and any one regional language (Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Assamese, or Rajasthani)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Empathy and willingness to listen and relate
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (8 AM to 2 PM) and (2 PM to 9 PM)
