Medical Officer job position in Heavy Water Board (HWB) on Locum basis
No. of Post : 01
Educational Qualification & Experience : M.B.B.S. degree from a College / institute recognized by Medical Council of India with one year institutional experience. Mandatory internship will not be counted as experience
Emoluments : Consolidated pay of Rs.50,850/-p.m. In addition HRA @ Rs.2,100/- will be paid subject to production of certificate of incurring rent for residence.
Age Limit : Not more than 50 years as on 01-11-2017 for all categories

Heavy Water Board (HWB), a constituent unit under Department of Atomic Energy, is primarily responsible for production of Heavy Water (D2O) which is used as a 'moderator' and 'Coolant' in the nuclear power as well as research reactors. HWB is successfully operating six Heavy Water Plants in the country. HWB has mastered the complex production technology using two chemical exchange processes viz. (H2S-H2O) bithermal process and NH3-H2 monothermal process.
