Job Description
We are looking for a qualified intern to join our medical quality team which is responsible for our digital ensuring the quality of the medical content on our platform.
Responsibilities
- Review the users health related queries and route it to appropriate doctor based on the content.
- Review the feedback received from the users and the doctors
- Help your in-house doctor team in reviewing the answers and maintaining the quality.
- Also help our operations team in sorting out the users queries.

About Company
MediMetry is a health-tech startup founded by graduates of IIT Delhi and IIM Indore. It is an online doctor consultation platform which connects patients to the doctors at their convenience without needing to book an appointment, travel or wait in queue. Any typical doctor appointment takes around 3 hours in travelling, waiting and our goal is to connect the patients to the doctors within 30 minutes.
70% of the health issues can be treated online and our goal is to make this happen using the technology. We are trying to solve the following problem:
1. Patients spend 3 hours in travelling and waiting to see doctor for 5 minutes.
2. Patient’s doctor is not available 24x7
3. Certain health issues (Psychology, Sexology) have a social stigma and patients feel uncomfortable being seen at these clinics.
MediMetry was founded late 2015 and started operations in April 2016. Till now, we have answered more than 15,000 online consultations. To take this to the next level of daily millions of consultations, we need energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn Interns in the following roles for an Internship of 6 months beginning January 2017. Company may extend a full time job offer the suitable candidates at the end of 6 months internships depending upon their performance and vacancies.
