Qualification : MBBS degree recognized from State Govt. organization and Medical registration certificate from medical council UP and Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script.

Age : 21-40 Yrs as on 01-01-2018
Application processing fees : Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five hundred only) for General & OBC candidates and Rs. 300.00 (Rupees Three hundred only) for SC/ST candidates.
