Dr. Site General Practitioner:
Working hours in Oil and Gas site: 10 hours/day, seven days a week
after first six months of the employment year of working, You will be entitled for 20 days paid site leave (Compensation Public/National holidays, week offs) and for next six months of employment year of working, you will be entitled to another 30 days paid leave as annual leave.
Salary for male site nurses for oil and gas companies will get a package of OMR 1100(213000INR) with site accommodation, transport, food by client and yearly return ticket by On-Site Shifts depending upon the duty roaster.
Candidates will have to complete your MOH License with ACLS and BLS before joining the company and it has to be renewed upon expiry.
Joining date will be after your clearance, labour card and MOH License. You will be placed in any of the Babylon's site. You are entitled for Workman Life Insurance. Dr. should have MBBS degree with 4 years of general practitioner experience.
Working hours for Male site nurses will be 10 hours/day, seven days a week including break. Salary for male site nurses for oil and gas companies (PDO license holder) will get a package of OMR 500(97000INR) with site accommodation, transport, food by client and yearly return ticket by Babylon. 30 days annual paid leave after completion on 365 days from date of joining. Employee will have to complete your MOH License with ACLS and BLS before joining the company and it has to be renewed upon expiry. Joining date will be after your clearance, labour card and MOH License. You will be placed in any of the Babylon's site. You are entitled for Workman Life Insurance.

3. Female Nurse with MOH license:Clinic/Hospital female nurses with MOH license will get a package (includes yearly ticket, medical, gratuity) of OMR 375(72000INR) with accommodation and transport working hours will 9 hrs/day, 6 days a week (depending on the clinic roster).
30 days annual paid leave after completion on 365 days from date of joining. Employee will have to complete your MOH License and BLS before joining the company and it has to be renewed upon expiry.
Joining date will be after your clearance, labour card and MOH License. You will be placed in any of the Babylon's site.

Please note:
1. Viva has to done by candidates after reaching Oman (company will pay and deduct from his monthly salary). Payment will be done by candidates which OMR 50.000 per test. Candidates will get 3 chance for viva test, if failed all 3 test company will send him back to India (all cost to be bear by candidate) and candidate have to book his return ticket.
2. Quarantine accommodation and transport will be take care by candidates.
3. Covid test will be take care by candidates for both arrival and after completing Quarantine.
4. Employee will have to get his MOH license (company will pay and deduct from his monthly salary). 5. Duty joining will only be consider after getting MOH license.
