The objective of the medical representative is to travel to hospitals, clinics, doctors and other healthcare facilities to introduce new and promote existing medicine by distributing information about company’s products and convince them to use and prescribe company’s medications and supplies. He/she discusses the clinical uses and dosages and the pharmacology of these medicines with doctors and pharmacists.
