1. Plan & Ensure
daily visits to the multispecialty team of Doctors to brief them about the
products.
2. Selection and submission of the main stream Rx from the matrix within the
territory.
3. Focus on Value added product and Pharmacy Sales in each territory
supervised.
4. Month wise monitoring of Product.
5. Ensure Distributor wise minimum inventory sales in the assigned territory.
6. Identify KOLs from the leading medical institutes in the territory
