Medical Social Worker/ Technical Assistant job Position in North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences

Medical Social Worker

No. of Post : 1- UR (Reserved for Visually Handicapped) (B.LV)

Qualification : 1. Master degree in Social Work/Applied Sociology from a recognized University 2. One year practical experience as Social Worker with a Government Organization in a health related field or reputed Welfare or Health Agencies recognized by Government dealing with Medical/ Public Health Service.

Pay Band & Grade Pay : Pay Matrix Level-6 of Rs.35,400/-

Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.

Technical Assistant

No. of Post : 1 - (UR) (Reserved for Physically Handicapped (OL) for Deptt of General Medicine)

Qualification : 1. BSc or its equivalent from a recognized University with two years experience in Haemodialysis from a reputed Institution/Organization. Or 2. 12th with Science from a recognized Board/University with Diploma in Haemodialysis and two years experience in Haemodialysis from a reputed Institution/Organization.

Pay Band & Grade Pay : Pay Matrix level – 5 of Rs.29,200/-

Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years

Technical Assistant

No. of Post : 1 - (ST) (Reserved for Hearing Handicapped for Deptt of Orthopedics)

Qualification : 1. B.Sc from a recognized University with two years working experience in Orthopedics unit of a Hospital with experience of handling C-Arm for Orthopedics Surgery and Plaster Application. Or 2. 12th with Science from a recognized Board/University with Diploma in O.T. Technology and two years working experience in Orthopedics unit of a Hospital with experience of handling C-Arm for Orthopedics Surgery and Plaster Application.

Pay Band & Grade Pay : Pay Matrix level – 5 of Rs. 29,200/-

Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years
