Job Description
- Check daily preventive maintenance points, power consumption & water plant.
- Arrange proper manpower on line.
- Housekeeping on shop floor, coolant tower, scrap area & mould area.
- Heat Monitoring with compliance of all Quality Requirements.
- Maintain All Quality Records accordance to quality system.
- Ensure mould, core & other parts for mould quality which is effect to final product quality.
- Maintain all parameters of furnace & related to furnace as per desired frequency.
- Calibrate the Instruments & gauges, mould & core pattern as per desire frequency.
- Produce production as per planning & any major breakdown during work, inform to all concern.
- Daily reporting to operational head with all required documents.
- Take corrective action, preventive actions for any non corfimity of product, process.
