and hence the One-to-One approach between the Mentor and the Mentee.
What would you be doing?
- you would be sharing your experiences and expertise with students
looking to embark on the same path as yours and share the same passion
and ambition that drove you to achieve such greatness.
Expectations:
- You work with the matched students/mentee on College Applications/General Career Guidance/Getting the Job Ready
- College applications will take 6-10 weeks with a single applicant, Career Guidance and other Mentorship programs are shorter
- The Mentees are working professionals or college-going students
- Your interaction with the student/mentee will be remote, via phone calls/Skype sessions etc.
- This will ideally take 60-90 minutes per week, across two 30-45 min sessions (varies in line with the package by the student)
- You are expected to share your career experience with the student in the sessions, and the underlying learnings from it
- We believe you respect both, the students and your time and expect you to be on time with the sessions keeping in mind the deadlines.
