Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
• Guiding various sales teams to properly submit documentations from field.
• Communicating with operations and sales team to ensure on field problems are solved with ease.
• Maintain field related data in various MIS formats for use by operations team.
• Constantly keep an eye for new documentations and upload the same to bank servers for approvals/onboarding processes.
• Activate retail points once all documentations are completed and pass on same information to sales team for activation of transactions of the retail points.
• Create groups or communication channels for merchants to seamlessly address their issues.
• Follow up with technical or operations team to ensure that concerns raised by retail points are solved immediately.
• Ensure that all commercial documents & agreements is in accordance with the company approval policy.
