•  As a business analyst, you will be working with a group of passionate people (other business analysts and Software engineers) to brainstorm and discuss the raw input received from clients and SMEs to create concepts and improvise existing solutions.
  
• You will take ownership of one or more modules and oversee the development and take responsibility for the quality of the deliverables.
  
• Collaborate effectively with the product development teams to ensure a clear, detailed understanding of the agreed business stakeholder’s requirements.
  
• Quickly identify challenges; research the extent of the challenges and propose client agreed innovative solutions relevant to the complexity, scope and magnitude of the challenge relating to the execution of the project.
  

• Ability to understand the product needs and to come up with new concepts.
  
• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts at an advanced level is more helpfull.
  
• Have fundamental understanding of the enterprise systems and their processes.
  
• Keen in Research of IoT concepts to replace legacy methods of mining operations.
  

• Critical thinking without cognitive bias.
• The ability to look at a problem from multiple perspectives.
  
• Ability to imagine many possible future events and identify the one worth pursuing.
  
• The ability to create stories woven with concepts and terms for explanation of business ideas, and user of apt visual artifacts to display requirements and design.
  
• People person with excellent communication and articulation skills, an ability to relate to and engage with a whole range of people from all walks of life.
  
• A passion for business analysis and a proactive go getter. 

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Mining Engineering/Management, Computer Science, Business Management.
  
• Understanding of mineral mining and production/manufacturing related processes.
