Job Summary:

• Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
• Create reports and Analyse data through data analysis, trend identification and report generation for unstructured Data, structured Data.

• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
• Preparing presentations, graphs and analytical reports.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on operations data upon requests
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of advanced excel formulas. (Vlookup, Autosum, Sorting, COUNT, COUNT A, COUNTIF, IF ERROR, Pivot Table, Mail merge, Charts, Type of Reports, Versions and limitation of MS-Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordination of data entry of the activities of Mission and file uploads into systems to be used by SLNA.
• Support Local Bodies in coordinating/monitoring housing demand surveys.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Post Graduate degree in Computer Science or Electronics or MCA/PGDCA.
• 2-3 years of experience in government/semi govt. / autonomous organizations/private company of repute.
• Exposure to software development & project management, database management, MIS etc.
• Ability to work in a team and train staff to use the systems.
