Jr. Grade of MES(AE/SDO)(Civil Engineering) Jobs opportunity in Mizoram Public Service Commission
Department : Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Mizoram
Qualifications : a) An Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification in the appropriate line from any Indian University/Institution or Foreign University/Institution recognised by the Government. OR Passed Section A & B of the Associate Membership of the Insitution of Engineers(India) and possessing Certificate to that effect from the said Institution. b) He/she produces from the Medical Authority a certificate of mental and physical fitness in all respects for outdoors duties. c) His/her character and antecedents are such as to qualify him her for such service. d) Knowledge of Mizo Language upto Middle School Standard.

The Government of Mizoram,vide Notification No A 11020/1/87-P&AR(GSW) dated 30.4.1991 had appointed Pu S.R.Vala an IAS Officer of Orissa Cadre,as the first Chairman of Mizoram Public Service Commission. He Joined the Commission on 1.5.1991.Thus ,after four long years of Statehood, the Mizoram Public Service Commission came into existetence. The Government of Mizoram vide Notification No A.11020/1/87 -P7AR(GSW) dated 12.7.1991 has appointed Pu M.Lalmanzuala IAS to be a first Member of the Commission and he joined on 15.7.1991.
