6 TO 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN US VOICE PROCESS AS CALL CENTER OPERATIONS
Should have experience as an Assistant Manager / Manager for call center team
· Required for night shift with minimum 5 years of experience in large / medium international call center
· Should have Good fluency in English
· Need to coordinate with the QA team for improvement of the team performance
· Should have top class leadership qualities
· Should have very good innovative and execution abilities
· Should analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities
· Will act as a bridge between Top Management and the lower Management.
· Should play a vital role of people management
· Should have good experience in Client, Vendor and Floor Management
