About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand recruitment requirements from the management
2. Prepare job descriptions for the various job roles in the company, as per the requirement presented
3. Post the job requirements on various portals and constantly scan them for viable candidates
4. Source suitable candidates for the various vacancies that arise in the company
5. Shortlist applicants according to the criteria set
6. Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates
7. Documentation and paperwork for on-boarding and orientation of new joinees
8. Welfare and engagement of employees
9. Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time, by the management
