Mobilizer
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Vidharbha region, Bhopal, Raipur, Patiala, NCR
Experience: 2-3 years in dealing and networking with institutions
Job Description:
- Liaison with various Government Organizations (municipalities, employment exchanges and gram panchayats), NGOs and educational institutions for mobilizing students for various courses.
- Create interest and motivation among students for our courses.
- Support the company in organizing the training at a location.
Skills Required:
- Fluent in local languages and English.
- People Management skill
- Able to mobilize students from urban and rural areas.
- Computer skills – mainly MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Review the performance of training on the students, prepare documentation, submit MIS reports
- Keeping track on various training institutes and trainings happening in the region.
- To begin baseline research of selected communities, and continue to monitor social change and new social information relevant to community empowerment and also make them aware how this training will help them in building their career.
