We require Training Mobilizers with 2 Years Experience for our Training and Skill Development Programs for Engineers and Technicians.
Male Graduates with prior experience in Government projects are preferable.

Responsibilities-

To organise Solar Training Programs in Telangana district areas.
To support for the mobilization of the candidates for Training Centers & Plan to involve all the Stakeholders like Gram panchayats, colleges and District level employment officers and organizations For Mobilization.
Support in counselling to the candidates and their parents.
Determine the resources (budget, timelines, manpower etc.) needed to complete the task.
Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
Support the Management as assigned.
Should have good communication (English, Hindi, Telugu) and convincing Skills.
Should be very energetic to go on Field.
Should be very familiar with the local areas.
Should be able to reach the targets in time.
