As part of the rapid and consistent growth the company has undergone over its first ten years since initial start-up, we are expanding our services and capabilities in Chennai across Moving Image, Print, Digital and Transcreation Production. Our Global Delivery Centre operation in Chennai is located in the prestigious DLF Cybercity campus, the largest operational IT SEZ in Southern India. The Chennai operation is a strategically important large-scale production hub that services all of our global hubs.
Responsibilities
Working alongside the Hogarth Content Studio, the Motion Graphics/Editor will combine their skill sets to create a variety of high-quality video content for broadcast, online, Digital, OOH & experiential. As a Hogarthian, you are accountable for creating the best content, so you always think smarter about how to deliver on a brief.
The Motion Graphics/Editor works on a variety of projects from broadcast TV commercials, online content, internal communication videos, pitch films, as well as all forms of video-based advertising & social content materials. You will combine both your creative skills with technical know-how, and will demonstrate an eye for detail, a calm nerve under pressure, and an understanding of storytelling, messaging and branding.
The Motion Graphics/Editor must possess a strong understanding of Adobe Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop, and must be organised and work in a structured and process-driven manner.
You are expected to be a creative and technical collaborator, to support the team & to attain a high level of work within the department.

Qualifications
- At least 4 years of professional experience of Motion Graphics design
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Good Working Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Consistent attention to detail essential
- Excellent time management skills and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines
- Able to adapt to new working methods and technology advances
- Excellent design, typographical and conceptual skills
- Positive attitude towards problem solving and strong attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and contribute to the creative development of projects
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain focus in pressured situations
- Ability to critically assess your own work so as to complete VFX and motion graphics jobs to a standard that meets the approval of producers and clients
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
- Methodical approach to work and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of tracking software, e.g. PFtrack & Mocha, a plus
