Specification / Skills / Experience:
- Hands on Dynamics 365 configuration customization experience including working on Plugins business rules workflows etc
- Hands on experience in CRM SDK WCF SSRS Fetch XML Data Import Export and Security model Working knowledge on DevOps tool Customization configuration Strong understanding of the OOB features of Dynamics 365 Experience in new features like PowerApps Portals Azure Chatbot will be added advantage.
Role Description (Role & Responsibilities)
- At least 3 6 years of techno functional experience in MS Dynamics MS CRM 2013 2015 2016 CRM On line 365 Hands on Dynamics 365 configuration customization experience including working on Plugins business rules workflows etc
- Hands on experience in CRM SDK WCF SSRS Fetch XML Data Import Export and Security model Working knowledge on DevOps tool Customization configuration Strong understanding of the OOB features of Dynamics 365 Experience in new features like PowerApps Portals Azure Chatbot will be added advantage
- Experienced in working in Agile approach Excellent understanding of MS CRM concepts business processes functionality Good written and verbal communication Certification in Dynamics 365 CRM preferred
