Position: Mutual Funds - Execution and Research Manager

Role:

• Oversee investment execution processes for financial planning team.Work on various strategies on making the execution processes smoother and more efficient
• Be in charge of all compliance related procedures for investments / financial planning
• Mutual funds research
• Equity research
• Generate reports clients' portfolio

Professional certification: Ideally, someone with a CFP (certified financial planner) designation or other relevant NISM certifications. Ideal for someone with a bachelor’s degree, who wants a few years of work experience in a dynamic company, before pursuing higher studies.

Other requirements: preference given to those in Hyderabad. This job requires someone to be at our Hyderabad, on site. It’s not feasible as a ‘work from home’ job.

Skills required (non-negotiable):

·        MS PowerPoint

·        MS Excel

·        Excellent written and spoken English skills (the hiring processes includes a grammar test).

Salary:

The starting salary for this role is between 20 and 25k / month along with a monthly bonus based on performance—the bonus can be up to 30% of candidate’s monthly income. We provide ESOPs to all team members, based on performance, once they’ve completed 1 year of employment.

Bond:

There is a financial bond in place for this role for two years post joining. This is to ensure that only interested candidates apply.
