Job Description
3+yrs as MySQL Database Administrator.
Setup, administer and support MySQL/Mongo databases servers for Production, QA and Development. Perform appropriate backup, restoration and upgrades of database servers. Create / refine database complex, indexes, stored procedures & data mining Good Understanding of Replication, Unix Shell Scripting Provision MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations. Experience in Replication / Clustering / Tuning/ Sizing and Monitoring Experience writing, maintaining and documenting scripts to achieve technical and business objectives. Experience with dedicated MySQL database administration tasks including backup and recovery, monitoring, security and data-related maintenance Provision MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations.
