Job Description

 Ensuring Policies are reviewed diligently as per agreed guidelines Maintaining and updating the centralized inbox and tracking database regularly Liaising with team members and US peers to ensure all aspects of Policy are addressed Maintaining detailed records of communication with all parties, including changes being made on the Policies Working as per compliance requirements of the organization Extreme focus on quality with the understanding of the financial implications Consistently meeting service levels agreed with all relevant parties involved in the Policy checking process Escalate errors and breaches to the Lead Revert to emails in a professional manner Active participation in all interactions (Team huddles, stakeholder discussions, etc.)
