Title of Project: Design And Development Of Indigenous Strain Portfolio For The Production Of Penicillin (Penv-IP)
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent
Desirable experience:
(i) Experience in cloning and proteinpurification
(ii) Work experience in fermentation, media optimization, strain improvement, and analytical techniques
(iii) Working experience with HPLC, Massspectrometry, MRM assays
(iv) Work experience in molecular biology andanalytical techniques
Job requirement:
(i) Candidate need to test various genes andperform assays.
(ii) Culture maintenance,Media Preparation, fermentation, performing downstream and analytical techniques.
(iii) Candidate need to perform assays and testvarious genes.
(iv) Gene cloning,fungal transformation expression and metabolite analysis.
Consolidated:
(i) 31,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship(Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
(ii) 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not
