1. Name of the Project: Tondiarpet Oil leak Health Impact Study

Essential Qualification: 12th pass in science subjects and two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) or relevant subject. (OR) One year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) plus one-year experience in a recognized organization or 2 years laboratory experience B.Sc Degree (relevant subjects – Medical Lab technology, microbiology, and biochemistry) shall be treated as 3 years’ experience.
Desirable Qualification and Experience: Experience in collecting venous blood specimen (venipuncture), Laboratory investigation, etc., Knowledge of Computer Application
Remuneration: Rs.18,000 /- Per month
Nature of Duties: To collect and process blood and other clinical samples Coordinate with field staff for sample collection and testing Carry out sample processing and shipment Maintenance of lab protocols, upkeep of equipment, conduct of QC exercises from time to time Any other work assigned by Supervisory Officer

Essential Qualification: Graduate in Microbiology / Virology / Medical Lab Technology from a recognized university with 5 years working experience from a recognized Research Institution. (OR) Master’s degree in Microbiology / Virology / Medical Lab Technology from a recognized university.
Desirable Qualification and Experience: Experience in preparing Laboratory SOPs related to blood collection, processing, testing, storage, and transportation Experience in handling biological samples, processing, testing and analysis Any Survey / Field experience in quality assurance of biological sample collection and testing.
Remuneration: Rs.32,000/- Per month
Nature of Duties: To collect and process clinical samples Coordinate with field staff for sample collection and testing Carry out laboratory tests Uploading and reporting of laboratory reports and results Maintenance of lab protocols, upkeep of equipment, conduct of QC exercises from time to time Any other work assigned by Supervisory Officer
