Job Description
Officer On Special Dutyto Director General Job vacancies in National Institute of Rural Development on short term contract basis.
Essential Qualifications and Experience : A Post graduate Degree or Post graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management or Agri-business Management or equivalent education from the Institutes viz., IIM, IRMA, NIRDPR, XIMB, TISS and XISS or equivalent recognised institutions with at least three-year work experience in Rural Development Sector. Candidates having at least three-year work experience as PMRDF are also eligible to apply.
Essential : Very good communication and negotiation skills including writing skill. Experience in project designing and formulation at National and International level.Proficiency in IT skills like use of EXCEL and SPSS for analysis and high speed in type writing.Very good command in English and Hindi. Number of Positions: TWO (One Male and One Female)
Age: Below 30 years
Compensation: Monthly remuneration will be Rs. 80,000/- (Negotiable).
Period of Engagement: Initial engagement will be for One Yearand extendable based on the performance and co-terminus with the project

To facilitate the rural development efforts with particular emphasis and focus on the rural poor by improving the knowledge,skills and attitudes of rural development officials and non-officials through organising training, workshops and seminars.
