Assistant Manager (Code: AM-02) Job vacancies in National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), on a contract
Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate degree (preferably first class) with specialization in Finance / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing from any recognized University / Institute.
Experience (as on June 30, 2016): Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in BFSI domain / Securities Markets / Financial Markets domain. Candidates with background in education / research / training / online examinations, social media marketing related activities and with experience in operations in computerized environment will be given preference.
Maximum Age (as on June 30, 2016): 35 years
Additional Skill Sets:Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in MS Office
Good analytical ability
Key Responsibilities: The incumbent would be handling the following:Independently manage and conduct of NISM certification exams and co-ordination with Test Administrators.Support to candidate and Test Administrators.Manage team to help desk executives, training of help desk executives.
Online issuance of Certificates to eligible candidates.Maintenance of Test Center Calendar and creation of examination slot on NISM portal.Taking candidate feedback and complaints resolution through email and telephonic helpdesk.Co-ordination with Corporate clients and Test Administrators for offline enrollment of candidates.Reports generation and MIS.Training of corporate users of NISM bulk bookings.Offline Enrollment of candidates.Marketing and Promotional Activities for NISM certification examinations.Carrying out UAT and other assignments etc.
