National Institute of Smart Government (NISG) invites application for the position Program Manager

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / MBA

Experience:
(i) Mandatory:
(a) Minimum 10 years of relevant IT industry experience
(b) Minimum 5 years of Project Management
(c) 5-6 years of experience in implementing CRM and related applications in reputed organizations. Preferably Open Source based CRM or MS Dynamics CRM

(ii) Desirable (Added Advantage):
(a) 3-5 years of experience in "Avaya Communication Systems"
(b) Experience in e-Governance projects including understanding of various government processes / RFPs / Contract and Vendor Management.
(c) Experience in managing complex relationships (Customer, Partners and Vendors) and Large / Diverse teams.

Job Profile:
(i) Responsible for overall CRM Program Management (Business Consulting, IT, Operations, RFP, Contracts, Roadmap Definition and Business Policies) of UIDAI to effectively address Resident's Queries / Grievances.
(ii) Managing complex CRM, digital and technology implementations for UIDAI including implementation, Upgrade and AMS of CRM Application and other important contact center infrastructure like Avaya, IVRS, call management system, web portals, TFN, MPLS etc.
(iii) Responsible for division’s RFP Process including preparation, bid evaluation, formulation of SLA methodologies, vendor on-boarding, invoicing, refresher trainings, and supervision of day to day operations monitoring and issues coordination’s / resolution.
(iv) Enable the user acceptance of the CRM system and enhancements by compelling value proposition, creating awareness and demand, Messaging & Communication.
(v) Manage the Post launch of CRM system/Enhancements by capturing the user experience and the feedback from the user.
(vi) Ensuring all Security policies and guidelines of UIDAI are being implemented and adhered by all vendors/partners.
(vii) Manage the change management process by communicating enhancement of the CRM system to all the stakeholders and facilitate user adoption of CRM system.
(viii) Responsible for enabling CRM and related analytics for UIDAI management and business improvement.
(ix) Regular Monitoring and Assessing the effectiveness of the existing grievance redressal system and implement improvements.
