National Institute of Urban Management (NIUM) invites application for the position Social Media Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube
- Customisation of the content to suit different channels
- Create engaging multimedia content and/or manage and monitor the quality of content when the creation of the content is outsourced
- Develop, launch and manage campaigns
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the business unit
- Manage Responses from Social Media Accounts
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education preferably an MBA with training in Social Media/ Digital Marketing
- Graduates or Post Graduates in other streams with hands on experience in social media/ digital marketing can also apply
- Should be proficient in English and/or Telugu written communication
