Job Description
Navsari Agricultural University (NAU) invites application for the position Senior Research Fellow
Qualification: M.Sc. in Forestry/ Wildlife Science/ Zoology/ Ecology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having Postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification and 2 years of research experience
Salary: Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA for 1st and 2nd year & Rs. 35,000/- per month + HRA for 3rd year onwards
Preference : Preference will be given to the candidates having high rated publications and knowledge of wildlife data collection methods, bio-statistical softwares, use of RS and GIS tools in wildlife
Nature of job : It is full time basis
Appointment period : The appointment is time-bound and not exceeding the project duration. Appointment can be discontinued owing to administrative reasons or misconduct or failure to perform the duties assigned at any point of time during project period without any prior notice.
Age Limit: 35 years for men and 40 years for women
