Research Associate Computer Science /SRF recruitment in National Centre for Integrated Pest Management (NCIPM)
Research Associate/2 Posts
Qualification: (i) Ph.D. in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/Statistics/Agricultural Statistics/ Agricultural Meteorology OR (ii) Post graduation in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/Statistics/Agricultural Statistics/ Agricultural Meteorology with 4 or 5 years of Bachelor's degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training/other engagements OR (iii) 3 years Bachelor's degree with 3 years professional Master's degree like M.Sc (Ag.), MCA &M Tech etc., equivalent qualifications & having 1st division or60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average& with at least 02 years research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training/other engagements OR (iv) Candidates having Masters degree in Basic Sciences (above relevant subjects)and have qualified NET and have at least 02 years research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training/ other engagements.Desirable Qualifications: Experience in data organization, and proficiency in use of statistical software’s. Working knowledge of design and development of database and applications using Microsoft SQL Server ASP.NET Technologies Published work, if any.
Senior Research Fellow /1 Post
Qualification:Masters in Agricultural Entomology/ Zoology with specialisation in Entomology/ Agricultural Statistics/ Computer Application with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates having Master degree in Basic Sciences (above relevant subjects) with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualification .Desirable Qualifications: Proficiency in data organization/report writing/ handling statistical software packages& interpretation.
Emoluments: For RA with Ph.D (i): Rs. 40,000/month + 30%HRA; RA with Master Degree Holders (ii): Rs.38000/=+ 30% HRA; For SRF: Rs. 25,000/month + 30%HRA .
Age limit (as on 01.05.2016): Age limit for Research Associate is 40 years for Men and 45 years for Women. Age limit for Senior Research Associate is 35 for Men and 40 years for Women.
