Project Title : “Electrospun Smart O2 Sensor for Modified Atmosphere Packaged Dairy Products”

Qualification : Master degree in any one discipline /subject Dairy Technology/ Dairy Engineering/Dairy Chemistry/ Dairy Microbiology/Food Technology/ Agricultural Process Engineering with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification. Desirable: Knowledge in the area of dairy and food packaging, intelligent packaging, data analysis using statistical packages, working knowledge of MSOffice, etc.
