Responsibilities

Daily stock report download and planning sheet updation

Daily planning sheet review for critical parts

Co-ordination for deliveries / shortage solutions. 

Contact for internal customers & external suppliers for shipment status

Mails check & timely response to vendors & forwarder requirements

Green light/shipping instruction update in planning sheet

Monthly GIT, Ford stock report

Critical shipments alert report to forwarder

Stationery inventory check and planning

Inbound delivery creation

1721 GRN responsibility

DSR verification with respect to planning sheet

Skills and competencies Material Procurement Planning (Including SAP process)

Logistics & Warehouse concepts & Process knowledge & implementation ability

Over view of Cross functional process like Purchase, Manufacturing & Quality

Knowledge in Import goods customs clearance activities

Ability to influence and control over suppliers.

Good interpersonal skills & inter cultural skills

Communication skills. 

Ability to lead cross functional team & handle conflicts

Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word.
