And your responsibilities will include the following:

Development of new requirements in ASP.NET & MS SQL Server.
Developing solutions for updating or improving existing applications, to remain upbeat.
Design and architect extensible technical solutions with strong up-to-date documentation and provide continued assistance to team leads in solving complex technical design based tasks/issues.
Work on improving our build, test and deployment processes using available tools.

The following skills are expected from you.

ASP.Net with C#
MS SQL Server 2005 and above
Javascript

CSS3

You should know the following concepts in both ASP.Net and MS SQL Server

String Functions/Methods
Math/Number Functions/Methods

Working with Stored Procedures and User Defined Functions
