Your Role and Responsibilities

As Network Administrator, you will play a key role in the deployment, configuration, and management of our firewall and VPN infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Providing 2nd level technical support for complex problems in an operational environment;
Recommending alternative solutions, priorities, systems hardware/software, design changes and improvements;
Performing off-hours work to support customer changes;
Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
Updates data servers and network equipment.
Collaborates with network architects on network optimization.
Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Managing problems to resolution using defined process flow;
Implementing changes using defined change management protocol;
Performing additional responsibilities as assigned
Maintain CMDB Inventory in Service-Now

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

6+ years extensive experience / knowledge of R&S, Wireless, Optimization and in load balancing worked in complex environment including various products, aware of SBM and enterprise scenarios.
Experience in Troubleshooting DC environment incidents
In-depth Knowledge of Network protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
Proficient in troubleshooting network problems and Switching issues
Hands-on experience in -ACI, F5, Riverbed, Infoblox, DNS, DHCP
Exposure to SolarWinds tool

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

SD-WAN Viptela Experience.
Experience in P1 / P0 Troubleshooting customer
