Job Description
Configure and maintain network services, including backup and recovery and maintaining web servers in a Linux environment.
Troubleshooting production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Managed and maintained large scale web and database servers.
Researched, tested and implemented new technology for in-house applications.
Evaluate and deploy new applications and enhancement to existing infrastructure.
Understanding of the Release and Deployment Management process specified at the Production level.
Organized change Management and Incident report management.
Experienced in on Linux, Oracle, MYSQL,
Average knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis.
Pro-active monitoring of the IT infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of SS7, Putty.
Knowledge of Signaling and switching protocols such as SS7, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, ISUP, SIP, SMPP
Works with cross-function teams include Project managers, service leads for solution implementations & coordinating with MNO, HUB, INTERCONNECT,
