Job Description
We are looking for Hardware and Networking Engineers for our Clients.
- Candidates with Exp in the field of Hardware and Networking will be preferred but BE/B.Tech , MCA pass out or appearing in Final year can also apply .
- Taking care of installation of OS, Windows Operating system support , Installation of applications in Desktop and Laptop, Software Upgrade, Configuration of Printer, Wifi, Emails, LAN Problems, Troubleshoot basic IT problems.
- Ability to resolve the escalated tickets/calls within the agreed upon SLAs
- Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems at client Location or remotely.
- Excellent Communication Skills able to articulate and speak.
- Any certification is an added advantage (e.g. MCSE, MCITP, MCTS) B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc , Diploma in Networking .
- Candidate should have knowledge of Networking .
- Switch, Router, Buttons with good knowledge of communication skills
- Innovate bent of mind, Analytical and Problem solving skills freshers
- Looking for Fresher with good communication and Technical knowledge in hardware&networking.
