JD 1
- Skills required : LAN, WAN, Wireless, routing, switching and subnet addressing.
- Certifications : CCNA (mandatory), CCNP/JNCIA (added advantage)
- Ability to fault find on networks and the ability to manage incidents to conclusion.
- Strong verbal and written technical communications skills at all levels.
- Ability to own and manage complex incidents and Escalate to 3rd party Vendors Where necessary.
- Experinece of using ServiceNow and spectrum would be an added advantage
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting Level 2 and Level 3 Network issues.
