Job Description
- Education: BE/ B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE) 2018/ 2019 ( Only Male Candidates)
- Experience: Freshers - 1 year
- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
- Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems, conduct remote troubleshooting Provide Computer Hardware Support and technical assistance.
- Help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
Required Skills:
- Should have a basic knowledge in Desktop trouble shooting,Network trouble shooting,Handling Servers.
- Should have a good knowledge in Installation of Software Applications, Configure Printer, LAN, etc.
- On the job training will be provided.
- Must travel across India for Project Implementation & Support (Boarding & Lodging will be provided by the company).
- Must have strong technical skills & good communication skills. Hindi speaking preferred.
- Candidates without arrears are preferred.
Notice Period: Immediate
