Job Description
Able to understand the large LAN/WAN setup
Maintain network devices like switches, routers.
Able to handle Level2 support for network issues
Adheres to SLA
Escalate issues on time
Follows up on pending issues and ensures closure as per SLA
Keeps close track of open issues
Coordinate with Cisco TAC
Conduct config audits regularly & fix the config gaps
Provide support to other teams involved
Maintain & update different trackers like Case tracker, RMA tracker, Audit reports
Prepare weekly reports to be shared with Customer
Prepare monthly reports for Monthly Review
Keep track & follow up pending issues till closure
Support the project team in implementation of new setup
