Network Engineer

Work Location: Bhayander, Mumbai
Total Experience: 2 – 3 years
Age: 22 – 30 yrs

Education requirement: Graduate in any stream
Roles and responsibilities:
- Day-to-day Network and Firewall management
- Network Infrastructure Performance Optimization
- Work closely with the Operations and other departments to understand strategy for programs.
- Network Maintenance activities like Checklists, Log management, Configuration backup, Vendor management.
- Ensure all Networks related issues/requests are addressed and escalated to concerned personnel / departments /vendors.
- Design, Implement and Manage Cisco Network and Voice infrastructure.
- Adhere to QMS and ISMS Policies and Procedures.
- Implement ISO and PCI Audit requirements
Technical skills:
- Experience of Level 1 and 2 support on Cisco LAN, WAN and Security devices, Juniper Paulo Alto and Checkpoint Security.
- Technical expertise on Design and Implementation LAN, WAN, Security Infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Tools viz. MS Office
- ITIL and ITSM understanding
